JOB DESCRIPTIONSummary of Functions:
Due to continued growth we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at our facility in the Oklahoma City Community. Work hours are 7am - 5:00pm M-F.
Summary of Functions:
The chosen candidate will be responsible for supervising shipping and receiving functions to ensure cost effective, efficient and safe transportation and receipt of goods. She/he will ensure that materials shipped and received are verified against pertinent documentation. She/he must be able to operate PIT equipment, recommend and assist in implementing operating procedures, ensure proper care and safety in the use of all facility equipment, and promote continual improvement within the operation.
Essential Functions:
Supervise personnel in accordance with established policies and procedures, which may include recommendation for hiring, disciplinary action, performance evaluation, training, work allocation and problem resolution
Respond to inquiries and research and resolve problems related to transactions
Serve as liaison with other constituencies in the resolution of administrative and operational issues

Education and/or Experience Requirements:
4 years of equipment operation and warehouse housekeeping procedures
4 years experience in organizational workflow and operating procedure
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience directly related to responsibilities
Knowledge of Mil-Std 2073 packaging preferred.
