JOB DESCRIPTIONSummary of Functions:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor at our expanding facility in Bolingbrook, IL
Work hours are 6:00am - 2:30pm
The chosen candidate will have full responsibility for running the Processing Department and ensuring that the client?s needs are met. He/she will direct processing personnel to meet their required efficiencies in a safe manner, collect efficiency data, and have full Kronos responsibility. He/she will be responsible for scheduling personnel in areas where needed and cross-training so to be able to cover positions. This position will require the individual to be able to work both 1st and 2nd shifts if needed. Strong leadership skills are a definite must along with ability to follow directives from the facility manager and communicate with all levels of employees.
Strong computer skills are required.
Excellent Leadership and communication skills are required.
Prior supervisory experience is required.
Strong computer knowledge is required
