We're Hiring | Associate Technical Consultant

The Associate Technical Consultant is part of a growing team that provides remote technical consulting assistance to our existing customer base working directly with the customer's System Administrator and providing technical expertize around the ServiceNow solution. (Multiple Locations)

Responsibilities

Assist customer in conducting changes to the ServiceNow solution including
Application UI Configuration Changes
Workflow Configuration Changes
Other Technical Changes and Enhancements
Serve as a primary technical contact to several ServiceNow customers
Prepare required client deliverables to support service delivery (such as status reports)

Experience Required

Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies
1+ years of experience with the above technologies â€" from a client environment or self-taught through higher education
Outstanding ability to learn new technical skills
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions to ensure the best technical solution is developed
Strong interpersonal skills; customer-centric attitude; ability to deal with cultural diversity.
Proven team player and team builder.

Education and/or Certifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology, and ideally 1 year of experience in technical consulting roles.
