The Web/Data Analyst is accountable for advanced research, trending of outcomes, and interpretation customer interaction and usage data of Domo?s product suite. Will also be responsible for data analysis throughout the product life cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, working closely with development. This position also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
Play a key role in analyzing data and ad-hoc analyses: track, report, and analyze product and website usage data to advance Company?s understanding of visitors? and customers? behavior, helping optimize product design, site content, and sales.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business intelligence, statistics, and behavioral analysis.
Deliver web & other product usage metrics with proposed product direction to act on the analysis; track results with A/B testing, Multivariate-testing, site path analysis, etc
Perform detailed data exploration and validation to identify key trends and make informed recommendations;
Work closely with the Engineering, QA and Design teams
Assist with End-User Experience observation and research projects
3+ years experience as a Web or Data Analyst preferably in an enterprise software environment
Expert with Omniture SiteCatalyst and/or other product usage tools like Google Analytics, comScore, KISSMetrics, Mixpanel, or Crazy Egg.
Identifying trends and their causes and demonstrating a clear understanding or the difference between causality and correlation
Being able to express changes and potential impacts in statistical terms
Experience defining or implementing an analytics system.
Technical background, with experience in BI, SaaS, Enterprise DB and mobile devices is a plus
Effective documentation skills with ability to articulate technical information
A/B and other scenario testing and analysis with ability to clearly explore and explain changes to describe multiple variables and considerations
Web product flow analysis with hands-on experience in analyzing clickstream and Web log data
Experience with mobile tool usage
Experience with Social tools
College degree in related field and/or equivalent experience and education
