Web Analyst - New York Dachis Group

Dachis Group, leader in Social Business, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Analyst to join our Analytics Team. This role will tap into your technical and analytical experience, as well as push your strategic thinking to ensure the trends in the data are mapped together into a compelling data-driven story.

You will have had prior experience with web analytics tools - defining, advising and implementing; working knowledge of attribution packages is a huge plus. A willingness to regularly operate outside the boundaries of a clearly defined job description and a desire to work in a dynamic fast paced environment is a must. In addition, you must have client-facing experience and are comfortable explaining and presenting web processes, mechanism and models clearly and articulately.

Responsibilities:
- By understanding the way the internet is woven together and how people behave on social platforms, guide clients through the key measurement areas for their digital business
- Formulate and assist with defining measurement frameworks that inform, interpret and fit into the overall strategic framework of Dachis Group's social engagements
- Coordinate efforts to gather appropriate web analytics information from clients and incorporate into reporting and analysis
- Identify processes and efficient ways to measure web trends
- Build attribution models and create regular reports to clearly identify how social efforts are impacting actions on the web

Requirements:
- Passion for social and digital
- 4-6 years experience as a web analyst
- Excellent web analytics and technical experience
- Solid written and communications skills
- Previous working experience setting up and reporting out attribution packages a plus
- Previous agency and consulting experience a plus
