Web Analytics Manager EMN8
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Role: Reporting to our Director, Analytics & Insights, EMN8, the leading provider of digital engagement platforms for the multi-unit restaurant industry, is seeking a leader in web analytics to develop and deliver marketing insights and strategic recommendations through data analysis and reporting. This person will be responsible for customer centric, ongoing and ad hoc reporting and ROI analyses, as well as input into key customer marketing plans.
This person must effectively communicate with multiple levels of management, internally and externally work with stakeholders to identify the measurement processes and deliverables required to provide data-driven recommendations. This role with also work with internal teams on predictive analytics including targeting, modeling, segmentation and algorithm development.
? Develop observations and insights around campaign results for optimization of EMN8 driven marketing campaigns
? Ad hoc analysis assignments dealing with large datasets (SQL required)
? Produce campaign reports and analysis for all marketing channels ? emphasis on email and mobile
? Develop/provide input into measurement and analytics plans for all projects ensuring proper KPI assignment, data collections, test and learn plans, ROI and targeting/segmentation and attribution
? Inform component (Creative, format, target, offer, message) analysis by campaign or cross campaign
? Help manage the process for a flawless and timely execution of regular reporting, presenting the results in concise, visually engaging presentation format
? Drive efficiencies in combining several data sources into cohesive, complete view of campaign data
? Work with teams to develop strategic recommendations on marketing plans
? Conduct research to determine how metrics compare to best-in-class on behalf of EMN8 clients
? Bachelor?s degree in math, Finance, Statistics or other related degree
? 3-5 years' experience working with data and utilizing quantitative techniques to solve marketing or business problems, such as campaign analysis, program optimization, customer segmentation and predictive modeling
? Working knowledge of web analytics, metrics and analysis
? Working knowledge of MS SQL Server Databases (SQL querying language) and MS SQL Server Analysis Services (BI cube)
? Working knowledge of marketing mathematical tools and methods, direct marketing test and learn plans, ROI development and data mining/multivariate analysis
? Knowledge of direct marketing principles, methodologies and tool/platforms
? Strong communications and presentation skills
? Basic understanding of tagging implementation and reporting with clickstream tools such as, Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst Omniture and Webtrends.
? Knowledge of social media tools such as: Radian6, Collective Intellect,, and Facebook Insights
? Understanding of qualitative research methods and analysis
? MS excel expertise ? logical functions, lookups, pivot tables, external source data, dynamic charts and tables, editing and writing macros
? Demonstrated strength in planning, organizing and project management skills.
? Function autonomously, be a self- directed and self-motivated, dynamic, decisive and confident practitioner with strong analytical skills.
