As a member of the core Development team, you will responsible for designing and creating production ready pages and/or entire flows based on approved assets and established company style guidelines. Prototyping and production ready content will be delivered in JavaScript and cross-browser CSS/XHTML.On our team you'll have the ability to apply all that you've learned enhancing our UI that provides a value to our customers. The successful candidate must have a BA/BS degree in product/interaction design, human factors, graphic design or other related field.
Core Responsibilities
Work closely with usability team members, product managers, development team and other internal stakeholders to build storyboards, proof-of-concept mockups, demos and prototypes of proposed and planned applications and features.
Collaborate in the definition of user interface design standards for applications, to optimize ease-of-use and achieve an integrated and consistent look and feel.
Implement design criteria, design guidelines and style guides to keep up to date with new technologies, industry and design trends.
Create visual design that effectively communicate product function and brand identity, including the design and production of screen layouts, color palettes, typography, user interface elements, and icons.

--3+ years of user interface and visual design experience with Web applications and sites, desktop, and/or mobile applications
--Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
--Creating hand-coded, production-quality, standards-based, cross-browser JavaScript, XHTML, HTML and CSS
--Rapidly creating prototypes and standards compliant content
--Working with current W3C standards, compatibility issues and fallback strategies for legacy browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer 8)
