Web Application Engineer Eye-Fi

Principal responsibility
Eye-Fi is looking for Software Engineers to build our next generation of web applications, in our new office in Long Beach, CA. In this role, you will work closely with product and design teams to build a web app that marries closely with our desktop and mobile apps. There is also a possibility for designing embedded apps for mobile and tv with HTML5/CSS3. This role will essentially own the development of http://center.eye.fi, which helps our users manage their personal photo and video cloud.
Here is what we will be looking for on your resume:
3-5 years of experience building web applications using one of the following: PHP, Python, RoR, or Java.
Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Advanced-level proficiency in at least one web toolkit like jQuery, Dojo, Prototype, YUI
Deep understanding of RESTful services, AJAX, and OAuth
Understanding of XMPP and PubSub
Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3
Experience working in an Agile environment
Lateral thinking: strong analytical and creative thinking skills
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science OR equivalent experience
