Job Description
The Web Design Intern will contribute to the Technical Services team, supporting a SaaS based talent management solutions for higher education and government clients. The Web Design Intern will support the UI team to customize client systems to meet branding and graphics standards. The Web Design Intern will be given opportunities to expand skills and learn new technologies while supporting a vital function that is necessary for all customer implementations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for adapting customer-provided assets (graphics, documents, etc) to product standards
- Provide quality testing of all configured assets
- Work with Implementation Team to implement solutions according to defined scope and schedule
- Work with Client Support Team to update existing client systems
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines
- Provide feedback to Product Management to improve our product offerings

Skills/Experience
- Advanced experience with Photoshop
o utilizing layers
o masking
o resizing
o changing image resolution
o changing file types (jpg, gif, png)
o image compilation (collage or series images)
o color correction
- Advanced experience with CSS
o inline styles vs external styles
o knowledge of cross browser issues
o knowledge of ids and classes
o float
o margin and padding
- Intermediate experience with html, including familiarity with ADA compliant code
Education
