Terracotta is currently looking to hire a Web Designer and Developer to design and manage the company?s web properties and provide in-house design services for the marketing department.Key Responsibilities
Manage all Terracotta web properties (including blogs)
Design and execute all aspects of core pages, landing pages, micro-sites, mobile optimized sites, mobile apps including content, link and other site updates (i.e., meta data, SEO, etc.)
Address technical issues such as browser updates, broken links, new functionality requirements, integration with marketing automation software, etc.
Manage design and development of new site
Manage vendors in cases where additional expertise or assistance is required
Design web and print assets for marketing (banner ads, collateral, etc.)
Requirements
10 years of experience successfully managing websites
Experience designing for the web and mobile platforms for B2B software companies
Experience designing assets that adhere to brand guidelines
Able to balance form and function in design
Ability to custom code web elements and use developer and CMS software
Experience monitoring and tracking web activity and performance
Excellent HTML skills
Excellent time and project management skills including the ability to prioritize and complete multiple concurrent tasks on time
4 year BA, BS required, Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design or other related field desired
IT Skills
Mac/Windows, Office, Webapp proficiency
Expert in HTML/CSS/JS/PHP, CMS technologies, Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with Marketo, Google Analytics, Radian6, Hootsuite, Salesforce.com, Wordpress and other tracking and publishing platforms
