About the Position:
As a member of our design staff, the web designer will assist the implementation team with the design and production of client websites. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with excellent web design skills and 2-4 years of experience. This position reports to our Creative Director.

Responsibilities Include:

Design and build HTML templates for use in a proprietary CMS
Design and build custom email templates
Perform site maintenance to provide highest levels of quality and performance
Troubleshoot issues relating to cross-browser page rendering

Desired Qualifications/Experience:

Strong design and typography skills
Detailed knowledge of HTML, DHTML, XML and CSS
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Dreamweaver
JavaScript/jQuery programming ability preferred
2-4 years experience hand-coding HTML and CSS
2-4 years experience designing front-end layouts
BFA/BA or equivalent work experience.
