What you?ll be doingYou?ll be working on web and mobile projects as a part of our technical team.

You?ve got at least 2-5 years of experience building for the web, but you still stay awake thinking about this stuff just like you did when you started.
You?re not afraid to make mistakes, and people really really like working with you.
You Must
Demonstrate passion towards technology and the web
Know & love PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JS & jQuery
Have at least 3-5 years of web dev experience working within a team. 3 years of experience does not mean 3 years out of college. A lot of programmers by the time they graduate already have 2-3 years of experience between their internships, part-time and summer jobs.
Know when to make it good enough, when to make it great, and when to make it perfect
Self-starter with excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet challenging deadlines
Nice to have
Experience with WordPress and/or Drupal
Knowledge of performance best practices
Experience and understanding of web analytics and A/B testing
Comfortable with basic Apache/Linux administration
Interest in training others
Education and Qualifications
Degrees in Computer science, IT, software engineering, web development, programming or other subjects.
