Web Developer/Designer Emptoris

Emptoris is searching for an experienced Web Developer who brings expertise in both the development and design of new and existing on-line assets, as well as other screen and print based marketing materials. Working closely with the Creative Director and the entire Marketing Team, this position will help create, enhance and maintain our corporate sites, product design, branding initiatives, and on-going marketing collateral resources. Were looking for an innovative and dynamic professional who will bring their extensive talents in both coding and design to enhance the companys brand, blending technical skills in web development with quality design abilities to inspire first class customer experiences in all online and print communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain web and graphic materials including existing sites, micro sites, email marketing, online advertising, direct mail packages, interactive assets (such as Flash or social media initiatives), and other collateral materials, Powerpoint, etc. at the direction of the creative director and in collaboration with Marketing team members
- Assist in the redesign project plans of on-line assets, existing product lines, and custom branding initiatives, in terms of enhanced underlying architecture, usability, and consistency in branding
- Work with external vendors and firms on any marketing initiatives and projects
- Assist in the establishment of new models for underlying on-line technologies, site publishing, versioning, and internationalization needs
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of visual resources, such as web and print graphics, icons, mockups and artwork for HTML and print production
- Contribute to and maintain stock assets (photography, illustrations) as necessary, to support creative needs
- Stay current with internet and software technologies used for creative works
- Product Line branding and usability updates

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Extensive advanced HTML experience (html/CSS, xml, database integration, Java, JSP, etc)
- Experience with developing site architecture, versioning, and publishing systems
- Experience with Flash and other interactive development tools
- Experience with Dreamweaver and web development tools, Photoshop image production, and Adobe CS
- Extensive knowledge of email marketing development
- PowerPoint and presentation graphics
- Organization and multitasking skills a must
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Self Starter and motivated
- Patience for fast moving, rapidly changing environment
- Sense of humor is a must and ability to juggle multiple projects.
