Type: Full TimeMin. Experience: Senior Manager/SupervisorWe're searching for a Client Services Director who is passionate about understanding new business verticals, growing customer accounts, increasing customer success and working at a fast-paced, innovative technology startup.
The Client Services Director will be responsible for a team of account managers and support engineers. This team is responsible for driving customer adoption and success within our enterprise customer base. Successful candidates must have a proven track record of developing trusted advisor relationships with customers, and helping customers successfully leverage technology to achieve strategic business goals. Candidates should be comfortable working and negotiating with C-level executives.
Responsibilities
Work with team to develop and execute implementation, on-boarding and adoption plans
Coach and develop client services team that has both account relationship and technical support responsibilities
Develop strong functional product expertise
Develop trusted partner relationships with customer executives
Develop and promote application best practices to increase customer success and product adoption
Work with the customers to ensure they are leveraging the solution and achieving success and initiate fee-based engagements as necessary
Ensure all accounts successfully roll-out and scale-up, including integrating new users and new business units
Negotiate renewal contracts and pricing
Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering and sales to drive customer success and renewals
Desired Skills & Experience
10 years experience in client services, management consulting, or other relevant field
Experience with business application deployment cycles and strong account management expertise
Experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-intensive products highly desirable
Experience building strong, scalable teams
Self-motivated, outgoing, organized, efficient and a strategic thinker
Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Willing to travel
