This is a junior programming position in training, great opportunity to get your hands on real life paid site work. You should be an HTML master already and looking to go to the next step. Some knowledge of database development will not hurt either.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of demonstrated Web production experience
- Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts, Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of XHTML and CSS
- Familiarity with PHP
- Solid working knowledge of Dreamweaver/UltraDev & Homesite or other text editor as well as Photoshop or similar graphics application
- Knowledge of Blogging admin software a strong bonus
