Web Developer (part-time) BioIQ

Job Description

Based in beautiful downtown Santa Barbara, CA, we are a fast growing web-based company that is revolutionizing the healthcare industry. We are hiring a part-time Web Developer to join our team to take on new and exciting projects. If you love challenges, have a real passion for open-source web development and want to work with some very fun and motivated individuals, then please read on.

The Web Developer will:

Work with Marketing to produce content for the BioIQ webite.
Work with Account Management to produce reports and other windows into the BioIQ application suite.
Work with Customer Service to add features to the BioIQ Customer Service portal.
Work with Engineering to add features and address bugs, as well as automate repetitive tasks.

Requirements

Knowledge of HTML and CSS, including an understanding of semantic HTML and CSS3.
Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Blueprint and Compass is a plus.
1-2 years programming experience, ideally with Ruby; though Java, JavaScript, Perl or other languages are acceptable for the right candidate.
Candidate should be a quick learner and be detail oriented.
