Web Developer Clinicient
Clinicient, Inc is looking for a seasoned Web Developer who enjoys exercising a broad set of skills and wants to be a part of a close-knit team delivering a SAAS solution nationwide to the healthcare industry.
This individual will be the main person responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our internal and external systems, and because we host our own solution, familiarity with network, hardware and software systems are required. The right candidate is customer focused and gets energy from problem solving and teaming with others on projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and validate industry proven architecture for web-based application development.
Work closely with product management, internal users and technical staff to understand product requirements then translate to technical specifications, prototypes, page designs, and maintain best practices.
Code, test, develop and troubleshoot healthcare related practice management web-based application.
Identify work packages to be iteratively developed and validated by key stakeholders.
Work side by side with team of remote developers to iteratively develop, receive, validate and integrate new web-based application.
Troubleshoot technical issues, identify areas for improvement of existing processes, and address issues with innovative solutions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
3-5+ years? experience .net developing and web based application design
Experience supporting a high transaction volume production environment is essential.
Experience working for a company delivering a SAAS or BPO solution is also desirable.
Degree in computer science or related field is desirable.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming languages and OO design principles, including Java, C#, ASP.NET, .NET 4.5, ASP.NET WebApi
Experience with SQL 2008 or 2012, VS2010, VS2012
Exposure to Enterprise Design Patterns, SOA Patterns, UX Patterns, Architectural concepts such as REST,
Experience with TDD, Unit Testing, Automated Acceptance Testing, Integration Testing, UI Testing and testing and mocking frameworks (NUnit, Moq, Typemock, Jasmine BDD, Specflow)
Ability to bring the user experience to the forefront throughout the development cycle.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Strong interpersonal communication skills in a dynamic group environment.
Very strong client side development skills a must.
Above all, excellent communication skills. The ability to prioritize multiple projects, identify risks, internally sell solutions, and enlist support from a technical audience will be the cornerstone of getting work done at Clinicient.

SCOPE AND ACCOUNTABILITY
The Web Developer will interface primarily with internal staff as well as external group of developers. The individual in this position will be a key contributor to remote development. They will work closely with management and other technical staff to complete their work. Coordination between development, architecture, infrastructure, product management and quality assurance is critical to development iterations. They will often need to work without immediate supervision but responsible for following, communicating, and improving established processes and standards. Priority and timelines will be immediately supervised.
This position is performed primarily in an office environment. Significant portions of the job require extended sedentary periods, constant work with computers (including extended period of keyboarding), and repetitive motion of hands and wrists.
