ResponsibilitiesPlay a crucial role in design and developing the web-based administration console for Venafi's next generation product.
Must be able to integrate quickly into the team and work independently.
Work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Ensure the best possible experience for the users of Venafi?s products.
Identify system deficiencies and recommend efficient client-server solutions.
Accurately estimate and adhere to the scope and schedule of assigned tasks
Required Skills & Knowledge
Experience in Web UI framework design and implementation using JavaScript, JQuery, ASP.NET, etc.
Experience using C# programming with experience in ASP.NET
Bachelor?s degree in computer science, MIS, or related experience (5+ years).
Minimum of 2 years proven experience designing and developing professional, database-driven, enterprise web applications.
The ability to write clean, consistent, well documented, C# code following established guidelines.
Must be able to test and debug your own code, as well as others.
Must be able to write web applications to work well with all major web browsers.
Develop software on schedule, adhering to department standards and processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have an in-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle and be able to communicate project status, issues, and resolutions.
Be alert to emerging technologies or applications and the opportunities to integrate them into current projects.
Assumes additional responsibility without being asked.
Preferred Experience
Commercial Enterprise product development experience
Enterprise administration console development
ASP.NET, AJAX, XML, XSL/XSLT, CSS
JavaScript, JQuery
Experience in developing internationalized and localized applications
Understanding of encryption and/or certificate concepts and technologies.
