Web Developer Vision Chain

We are looking for a creative web developer to build the next generation of Vision Chain applications and participate in the design and build out of our architecture.
Responsibilities are:
Designing and building new .Net-based UI's
Enhancing existing UI's and code
Applying agile and test driven development principles to work directly with colleagues and customers in requirements analysis, project management, development and delivery.
Working with other developers on design ideas and best practices.
Responding quickly and thoroughly to customer requests and bug reports.
What would a typical day look like in this job?
A typical day would involve a variety of tasks and activities:
Communicate directly with colleagues and customers on the requirements and design of new features. (5-10%)
Write internal and end user documentation. (5-10%)
Design, implement and test new features. (30-60%)
Support end users, fix bugs. (5-10%)
Explore new technologies and methodologies. (5-10%)

What technical skills does this position require?
The majority of the work for this position currently involves the following technologies, tools, and methodologies. A candidate with a solid foundation and practical experience in these will become productive most quickly:
.Net Framework v. 3.5 or higher
C#
ASP.Net (and experience with the MVC architecture)
VB.Net
Unit Testing
HTML, JavaScript, CSS
