About You:
We're looking for a passionate engineer with an eye for great design. You are comfortable in the hybrid role between designers and programmers and thrive on blurring the line between form and function. You love writing code from scratch but know when to lean on a library. You take pride in your work and demand clean well-organized code, but understand when and where to cut corners to ship quality on-time and on-budget. If you often find yourself stretching the boundaries of the browser and the advent of html5 and css3 truly excites you, then we need you on our team.
You will be responsible for leading the design and development of intuitive and functional user interfaces. You will work together with product management as part of the development team to drive the visual aspect of our application. This position demands a self-managed individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment where priorities shift from day to day.
Requirements:
Desire to use technology to better peoples? lives.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks. (Prototype, jQuery, etc.)
Knowledge of ASP .Net MVC web development.
Comfortable working under source control.
Excited by rapid prototyping and agile iterations.
A true passion for user experience and interactive design.
Familiarity with Linux a plus.
Experience with HTML5 and CSS3 a huge plus.
