We are seeking a Front-End Developer that is passionate about user experience, startups, and new and innovative technology. We are pushing the limits of HTML5, CSS3, Client side MVC with JavaScript/CoffeeScript, and responsive web design. It is truly a Front-End Developer's dream!

Bloomfire.com is looking for a Front-End Developer that will work with the UX team to create prototypes of ideas for user testing, A/B testing and to present to internal stake holders for our Ruby on Rails web application.
Responsibilities:
You would be responsible for creating high fidelity prototypes of new features as we test and try new things. You would be expected to be able to do the following type of tasks:
Code up pixel perfect comps with intense attention to detail.
Implement CCS3 animations
Implement 3rd party authentication for Linkedin or Google
Client side form validation
Responsive Web design using CSS and only a little JS when necessary.
Submit forms to Marketo or Salesforce
Implement A/B and multivariate testing frameworks
Implement/ create slideshows, dropdowns, tabs or whatever is designed.
Instrument tracking for different analytics vendors (Kiss Metrics, Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
Create a custom tracking cookie and read from it on repeat visits.
Minify, Combine and gzip all static assets.
Improve page load times, and perceived page load.
Cross browser, cross device testing and bug fixes
Implement CCS3 animations
Qualifications:
2-5 years+ experience as a Front-End Developer or Web Developer.
Javascript (jQuery, Spine/Backbone & Coffescript are plus)
CSS (with experience in Object-Oriented CSS principles and SASS or LESS experience)
HTML (passionate about semantic valid markup and HTML5)
Big Plus:
PHP (Just a little bit.)
Ruby on Rails (We have a fantastic Ruby team if you want to learn.)
