An opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in website management, user-centered design, and online marketing to manage the strategy and business results for www.tripwire.com and our related web sites.
As website manager you will be responsible for:
Translation of the business needs of the company into online user experiences tailored to produce measureable business results
Strategy and execution to ensure overall site health and user satisfaction, and increase site traffic and web conversions over time
Development of site structure strategies taking into account factors such as persuasive architecture, usability, linking structure and metrics
Coordination with our Product Marketing and Creative Services managers to produce and deliver site content that supports our messaging and deliver product information
Creation and continuous improvement of user-centered design interfaces in Tripwire websites; must make design decisions based on online user behaviors and voice of customer data; includes development of design concepts, wireframes, sitemaps, and mock ups.
Maintenance of the tripwire sites to ensure content is accurate, current, and relevant for our customers
Production of web analytics and reports to justify your decisions with metrics
Ongoing SEO research and site changes to improve tripwire organic rankings
Ongoing support for our digital marketing efforts, including paid search, social media, and email, through design and implementation of web sites, landing pages, email templates, and other items as required to optimize online properties for campaign fulfillment and lead acquisition
Coordination with IT to ensure all marketing systems and processes dependant on the web sites are functioning as expected; act as marketing lead for selection and implementation of new technologies and systems; work with inside web team or 3rd parties including agencies, designers, and copywriters to produce complete online properties
Analyze and approve any requested changes that impact the architecture, design template, or word count of the production site, as well as any new pages or sites
Drive adoption and evolution of our Web CMS to maintain site and improve user experience
Qualifications:
Minimum four years website management and online marketing experience, preferably in B2B software company
Proven ability to deliver projects from strategy to implementation on time while achieving or exceeding results estimates.
Demonstrated skills in web development process, including requirements gathering, design, development tools, technologies, QA and deployment.
Experience using current web technologies including HTML, JAVA, CMS, RSS, PDF, Flash and streaming media
Deep knowledge of SEO and web conversion strategies
Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM and systems and databases
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset focused on testing and measuring impact of initiatives and programs
Proven ability to influence and coordinate the efforts of individuals who do not report to you or your department
Passionate and self-directed; integrity and creative problem-solving skills with a proven, proactive approach to achieving individual and team objectives.
