Web Marketing Manager AppFirst

The web marketing manager has responsibility for managing the AppFirst web properties and providing leadership, as well as tactical execution, of web initiatives. You will play a key role in defining the long-term web roadmap, creating quarterly plans for improving traffic and conversion, and identifying strategies for using online marketing channels to achieve business goals. Additionally, you will provide day-to-day management of all web projects, working with both internal resources and third-party vendors to complete projects on time and on budget.
The ideal candidate is goal oriented, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and loves both the analytical and creative sides of web marketing. You should be equally comfortable crunching numbers in a spreadsheet and researching new creative ways to reach the AppFirst target audience. You?ll bring deep experience to this role that you can draw upon to accelerate AppFirst?s growth through online marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
Define the roadmap for the AppFirst web properties in collaboration with the leadership team
Deliver creative strategies for meeting aggressive online growth targets
Manage the day-to-day execution of all web projects, including management of internal resources and external vendors
Perform quarterly planning for all web projects, including scoping, scheduling, and budgeting
Analyze the ROI of proposed web projects and provide forecasting for traffic, contact acquisition, lead attainment, and engagement metrics
Define and manage the implementation of a creative SEO strategy to grow organic traffic to the AppFirst websites
Develop and implement link building campaigns
Manage and improve performance of PPC campaigns, including keyword analysis, ad optimization, and landing page optimization
Design and analyze frequent A/B tests to optimize web properties for conversion
Work with development team and external vendors to schedule, plan and execute web projects
Manage the design of new areas of the web properties, including defining creative requirements based on business goals, analytical data, usability parameters, and design best practices
Analyze website metrics on a weekly basis using a variety of tools
Manage the creation of new reporting mechanisms and dashboards
Oversee the integration of Hubspot, Salesforce, and a variety of analytical tools with the website, understanding the data flow through these systems and appropriate repositories for reporting particular types of data
Communicate status of traffic, conversion, and lead goals on a weekly basis
Make hands-on content updates to existing web properties, as necessary
Skills:
Experience managing and growing web properties
Proven track record of improving traffic and conversion metrics
Ability to analyze data and identify actionable insights from this data
Deep knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytical tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail oriented with great organizational skills
Experience managing internal resources and third party vendors to execute projects
Expertise in search engine optimization and link building
Expertise in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns
Experience running A/B and multivariate tests and analyzing the results
Excellent knowledge and understanding of how to create compelling and engaging user experiences on the web, with deep knowledge of usability and conversion drivers
Experience integrating web properties with other sales and marketing systems
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to make content updates on a regular basis
