NetMotion Wireless is seeking a full-time Web Marketing Manager to join a hard-working and fun Marketing team. You will lead the ongoing maintenance and design of the corporate website, as well as maintain an SEO-optimized site and design creative web-based tools. You will also play a key role as we grow our online presence through improvement of interactivity, lead generation and integrated online marketing campaigns.

NetMotion Wireless Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) software gives organizations with mobile workforces the connectivity, visibility and control needed to solve the common challenges of wireless computing. The NetMotion Web Marketing Manager would be responsible for the following duties:
? Site Management: Ensuring our corporate website infrastructure is sound, manage the content of the site, work to refine the site for optimum user experience, add new pages and content as necessary, add functionality to increase user experience, work with marketing to add in graphics and rich media, and respond to user comments as necessary. This includes the company?s Blog and intranet
? Site Analytics: Monitor site analytics, notify marketing team of trends and/or concerns, work to identify areas of focus
? User Interface/Navigation: Assist in creating and implementing site navigation strategies.
? SEO: Researching keywords, monitoring SEO rankings, ensuring the site is optimized for SEO in order to result in the highest search rankings
? Interface with IT: Work with IT to ensure our forms are working correctly, the backend and frontend are compatible, and help define requirements for changes
? Social Media: Help maintain and monitor our social media strategy and sites, work with marketing to increase our social outreach and add announcements as necessary
? CMS Management: Maintain the site(s) CMS system (Mojo Portal, Wordpress, Sharepoint)
The Web Marketing Manager should have the following skills and experience:
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a heavy focus on web design and development. Portfolio required.
? Strong knowledge of CSS, ability to develop and maintain design through CSS
? Well versed in open source development and CMS systems and responsive design frameworks ? including Mojo Portal, WordPress and Sharepoint.
? Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, spiders and ranking strategies with ability to manage and optimize sites for SEO.
? Ability to control naming and linking conventions of webpages, images and multi-media files.
? Social media APIs: Facebook JS API (OpenGraph), Twitter JS API are an asset.
? Design proficiency using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
? Ability to diagnose, understand and solve complex issues related to web platforms and solutions. This includes knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization techniques.
? Understanding of best practices in HTML email construction and rendering
? Ability to diagnose, understand and solve complex issues related to web platforms and solutions.
? Ability to interact with others, build consensus and sell in your solutions to project stakeholders.
