Aerohive?s Web Marketing Manager will assume the strategic and day-to-day operational duties associated with creating, managing and growing a successful corporate, global web presence. You?ll work closely with Aerohive?s internal customers, IT organization and external agencies, to define and execute strategy across all Aerohive Web properties worldwide, including aerohive.com, microsites and, and our partner portals. This position reports to the Director of Marketing Programs.
Responsibilities
Act as the business owner to plan, maintain, develop, and evolve Aerohive?s corporate and partner websites, including managing the ongoing project queue, all vendors/contractors, and resource allocation
Create/develop/tune content and web tools that will inspire Web visitors, driving an increasing rate of return visitors, inquiries and qualified leads.
Handle all of the day-to-day changes on the public and partner sites and ultimately act as the Managing Editor of the site
Optimize and continuously improve the website for Search Engines; apply SEO best practices throughout the sites
Oversee the user experience to provide consistency, simplicity and value while supporting corporate guidelines and corporate objectives to drive customer acquisition, sales and retention as well as market awareness.
Work and coordinate with other team members to scope, build, and design campaign-related web properties to drive lead generation (e.g. event microsites, advertising landing pages, sales programs, email campaigns etc.)
Responsible for running web site performance reports, assessing results, making improvement recommendations, and reporting out to management
Responsible for reviewing and recommending hosting and performance optimization strategies
Maintain the list of website contributors and their access levels and train on drupal as needed
Required Skills & Experience
At least 8 years of web experience managing external B2B focused corporate web property.
Ability to drive and communicate strategy and tactical details.
Strong organizational, analytical and conceptualization skills.
Strong metrics background.
Ability to understand needs and impact to global web properties.
Knowledge of all phases of web production, including needs assessment, layout and architectural design, search optimization, functionality, and maintenance.
Strong aptitude for system and business process integration.
Understanding of SEO practices and strategies.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a relatively pressurized environment.
Strong client management skills and ability to influence others.
Positive attitude, effective contributor and the ability to work well with others in a global, team-oriented environment.

Strategic thinker
Strong technical skills & Hands-on experience with:
Drupal (or enterprise-level CMS equivalent)
Marketo (or similar Marketing Automation equivalent) and Salesforce.com (or similar CRM)
WebTrends, Google Analytics, SEO / SEM
Broad background in web publishing, user experience, design and supporting technologies.
Demonstrable, sound knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Understands concepts underlying AJAX, object-oriented programming.
Experience with server page languages such as PHP or JSP, and at least some experience working with an RDBMS (such as MySQL).
