Help improve customer website speed The Web Performance Optimization Engineer plays a key role in connecting FastSoft acceleration technologies to the field of Web Performance Optimization. Think of this position as the jack of all trades and a master of some.

The Web Performance Optimization Engineer must have both the breadth of knowledge in end-to-end web performance optimization as well as strength in Front-End Optimization (FEO). This position is responsible for design, development, and maintenance of FEO specific optimizations, in addition to the integration of FEO specific features into other products lines of FastSoft. A thorough understanding of state-of-the-art web optimization techniques is also required.

Job Requirements:

- Strong hands-on knowledge in the design and implementation of FEO techniques
- Experienced developer in Python and Javascript, good knowledge in CSS and HTML
- Ability to clearly communicate a key quality to being a superior developer
- Strong hands-on knowledge in HTTP, Apache, and Linux server configuration
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and methodologies
- Creativity in solving hard problems.
- Flexible and possession the ability to context switch on demand.
