Responsibilities:
Manages the Zeevex suite of cash-to-online payment products" or something similarly grand.
Create and manage a best-in-class user experience for consumers who shop the Zeevex Product Catalog online.
Responsible creating product requirements documents
Act as "product owner" in our agile (Scrum-like) product development process
Provides the merchant point of view with respect to the online merchandising of the company's websites
Manage ongoing marketing/merchandising functionality of the website including product search, personalization, and recommend new features/functionality designed to increase conversion and revenue.
Assist in continually optimizing the purchase and product interaction paths;
Complete detailed analyses of the business rules and processes that support the shopping experience, identify and prioritize strategic enhancements, and lead the process of implementing the necessary improvements using effective interaction with development, operations, marketing and other cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with content manager to ensure site content is optimized for the purpose of search engine exposure.
Management and development of user experience design for both web and mobile sites.
Utilize A/B and Multivariate testing to continually improve conversion rates
Work with Analytics team to analyze web performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Understand current trends, opportunities, assortment, competition and buyers vision by category of business and use this knowledge to properly assort, merchandise and market product online
Works with the merchandising team to position and present products within the online store in ways that exceed expectations such as conversion, average order size, average order value, customer service demand and are additive to the overall brand positioning;
Execute on-going competitive analysis as well as recommended strategies and tactics to improve experience value equation to the customer;
Utilize industry best practices as it relates to online shopping experiences to recommend new features or enhancements and track the impact to web order conversion and revenue.
Qualifications:
5+ years Business-to-Consumer online retail store-front management and online marketing/e-merchandising experience
Experience managing a revenue-generating online product or online store
Experience designing or implementing experiments that yield improvements in key metrics such as conversion rate and revenue.
Experience with web analytics tools, preferably Adobe SiteCatalyst and Google Analytics.
Experience/knowledge of SEO
Knowledge of basic fundamentals of financial analysis and building pro formas
Strong Project Management skills and ability to complete projects on time
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate analytic data into strategy
Superior communication skills, self-directed, organized, detail-oriented
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a cross-functional team
Experience in client services and working with multiple, sometimes conflicting, stakeholders
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, thrive in a dynamic, fast paced work environment

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience. (MBA preferred)
