A Web Product Specialist is the bridge between our customers, products, and other teams in the company. In addition to assisting our customers by answering their questions or helping them with problems through various points of contact, you will be responsible for improving efficiency and enhancing the customer's overall experience.
Qualifications:

Customer focused
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Firm understanding of social networking tools and internet trends
Ability to make good decisions under pressure while maintaining overall company policies
Strong ability to absorb, process, and implement new information/technology quickly
Good problem solver
Self motivated and organized

A combination of the following skills is a big plus:

Fundamental understanding of HTML/CSS/Site-building standards
A completed www.webs.com website with social components
General understanding of web design and other site-building tools
Customer Service/Support experience a plus
