What you?ll do: As a tech savvy Webinar Producer, you?ll do way more than just hit the record button ? you?ll have complete webinar ownership. As a business, webinars grew 100% in 2012, and it?s expected to double again in 2013. But how far the dial moves is entirely up to you and your level of dedication. With continued demand for online events from users, our webinar campaigns are an increasingly valuable rev gen strategy. You?ll be expected to manage five or more webinars per week and deliver stellar content that our users love!
Responsibilities: What will I do?
Manage all the logistics of webinars using the GoToWebinar (or similar) platform
Work with our creative team to create and manage all promotions to drive webinar registration
Moderate webinar events like nobody?s business
Help clients create content that?s compelling and interesting to our users
Generate post-live event value from webinars
Analyze registration and attendance data to figure out how to make the next webinar perform even better
Help educate and train sales on what makes a successful webinar
Qualifications: What does it take to do this job?
Experience in webinar production or similar roles and a love for online events
Familiarity with the GoToWebinar service and/or On24
Super organized, knowing the number of webinars will increase from 2-3 per week to potentially 5 (or more!) per week
Creative edge to help develop and implement webinar promotions
Analytical ability so you can use data to make smart decisions that?ll further grow the webinar enterprise
Familiarity with technology relevant to small businesses is a strong plus
