The Webinar/Training Specialist is responsible for conducting training with providers, and RealMed employees. The position will also assist in the development of training materials and other electronic performance support systems within the company. The position will interact closely with other team members in RealMed to provide the highest quality of training materials/programs and of customer service. Incumbents may also be called upon to serve in multiple roles in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial corporate environment.
SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Accountabilities Time Description
Delivery of Training 60%
Conducts live webinars via web conferencing tools for providers and record webinars, and perform related administrative tasks.
Conducts provider training for new and existing providers via web conferencing tool.
Conducts training for both RealMed and other internal training as required.
Conducts training for RealMed employees to include technical training and soft skills.
Development of Training 20%
Creates training materials to support webinars, internal and external release training, and other internal training.
Creates and maintains Online help within application.
Posts weekly banner training updates.
Conducts training needs assessments and analyzes various data to identify training needs and training ROI.
Assists in developing user guides and job aids.
Creates on-line courses using on-line training tools.
Assists in updating the RealMed intranet site.
Customer Survey Process 20%
Create and compile reports for management
Summarize client satisfaction surveys and report out to management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Desired Experience, Education, & Special Certifications
Bachelor?s degree or the equivalent (4 - 8 years of relevant work experience in training delivery, and training development or technical writing and editing).
Minimum of 4 years of technical and soft skills training delivery experience for adult learners in a live environment.
Experience delivering training via a web conferencing tool.
1 ? 3 years of technical writing experience for the purpose of developing courses.
Experience in a health care environment; insurance background.
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
4 years experience using Microsoft Office software, specifically PowerPoint. For the purpose of creating training materials using PowerPoint.
Excellent presentation skills.
Experienced in designing, creating, and conducting training for adult learners in large and small groups.
Organizational efficiency and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and be self-directed (minimal guidance).
Experience writing training materials for customer service centers.
Extensive knowledge of the health care or insurance industry, working in a customer service operation.
Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
Technical skills related to online documentation.
Experienced in using online help authoring tools, such as Adobe or RoboHelp.
