Position SummaryIncumbent will have overall responsibility for working on a variety of projects primarily involved in web site design and development, including creation of custom graphics. The webmaster is responsible for structuring the user interface and overall customer experience for our web sites and applications. This includes overall navigation flow, layout of specific pages, and working with graphic designer to implement new company branding.
Responsibilities
Responsible for maintenance of all Web sites including international sites
Ensures that all design elements, templates and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settings
Works with marketing staff on style and approach for all projects.
Provides comps, templates, and finished solutions.
Participates in continual efforts to improve quality of all Company Web sites.
Responsible for managing and solving web tickets
Create landing pages, and social media interface to support marketing campaigns
Oversee tracking tags for Google analytics and Eloqua Automation system
Responsible for mapping data from online forms into Eloqua and/or SalesForce
Interface with third party web hosting companies on hardware and software issues that affect the Website and its functionality/availability.
Create and maintain consistent Website architectural structure in Drupal
Manages metadata of company content for search engine purposes; maintains optimal search engine functionality
Develop, program, install, tests, debugs, and documents interactive web applications using appropriate editors and technologies.
Evaluate the competitive Websites with regard to content and functionality to make improvement recommendations to our websites based on emerging web services and trends.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education
Fluency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, RSS, and XML.
Fluency with Drupal CMS
Fluency of software including: Photoshop, Frontpage, Dreamweaver, and Macromedia Flash.
Experience with audio/video technologies is highly desirable
Must be able to work independently and be self-motivate.
Good technical problem solving and interpersonal skills necessary to assist others in problem resolution
Able to work in a fast paced, team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Highly motivated, detail oriented team leader with a great attitude.
Education: At least 2 years experience in website management, BA or BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent academic and work experience.
