Weekend Lead Support Agent ngmoco

ngmoco is looking for a level-headed, friendly individual to contribute to the ongoing success of our customer service effort. The Weekend Lead Support Agent will be responsible for handling inbound e-mail support requests from players insuring they receive a personal, relevant response, as well as helping players on our social network channels.
This position is only telecommute friendly on weekends, shift runs Thursday-Monday.

Responsibilities:
Respond with care to inbound e-mails from players
Interact with players, answering their questions on outside social networks
Work with external support teams and provide guidance and judgement calls where necessary
Ongoing communication and escalation of issues with game teams
Requirements:
1-3 years previous e-mail based customer service experience
Ability to answer and prioritize high volumes of support requests
Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with private and confidential financial information
Exceptional written communication skills
Excellent customer service personality with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to make executive decisions
Must be a team player with a positive, optimistic outlook
Must be confident and comfortable working from home and in an office setting
Familiarity and interest in mobile games
Familiarity with Twitter and Facebook
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud CRM is a plus, but not required
