Assist in planning and scheduling distribution services which may include receiving, storing, shipping handling returned/damaged goods, maintenance and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met. Will manage weekend shift, working hours will generally be Saturday - Tuesday.

Ensures the accurate and timely preparation, processing, distribution and retention of all necessary reports and records regarding warehouse operations.
Monitor the cleanliness and working condition of all equipment and oversee adjustments and/or
repairs as necessary. Ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment and property. Provide safety instruction to personnel as needed. Report all work-related injuries immediately. Provide immediate medical attention to injured employees as necessary. Ensure compliance with appropriate government regulations.
Oversee programs to keep tools and equipment in designated areas; schedule cleaning of equipment;
store product in neat straight rows inside painted perimeters; maintain strict rodent and pest control;
ensure compliance with appropriate government regulations.
Continually maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all customers. Works with other departments to ensure coordination needed for overall effective operations.
Ensure current and accurate inventory control for each customers products.
Ensure that customer orders are picked and shipped within predetermined SLAs and within
established cost level. Implement and monitor receiving operations procedures that ensure prompt
and accurate PO receipts within established cost levels.
Assist in ensuring the security of the facility, its environs, employees and contents
College degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of two years progressive, supervisory experience in a distribution environment with over 100 employees.
Prior experience with warehouse, inventory and computer systems is a must. Strong supervisory skills are required with particular emphasis on leadership, supervision, motivation, communication, and planning. Must be PC literate and have a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. ?Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be a strong team player. Able to react quickly to changes in demand and juggle priorities.
