The West Coast Sales Account Executive/Director will be responsible for selling immersive brand advertising on premium iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Android apps and mobile websites. Rhythm has partnered with more than 50 premium media companies, typically on an exclusive basis, across an unparalleled portfolio of 200+ properties to deliver meaningful brand advertising within the highest quality content for targeted, relevant audiences. He/She will report to the Vice President of the West Coast.
Experience/Qualifications
MUST HAVE
Sold advertising at a senior level in digital/video medium in the northwest (SF/Bay Area, Seattle) region with a proven track record of success.
Impeccable references from prior sales positions held.
Can demonstrate an extensive personal digital agency/client rolodex of significant ad accounts where he/she can immediately start selling.
Can demonstrate a personal rolodex at the top traditional TV media/buying agencies in the region.
Experience developing strong relationships at all corporate levels from agency decision maker to client CMO.
Experience in digital with a focus on traditional TV and digital video ad sales.
Territory focus in San Francisco, Bay Area, Seattle.
Bachelor's Degree
PREFERRED
Digital video sales experience
Mobile sales experience
Has been in a startup or fast growing business before
Professional sales training at a major player
Has the ability to bring in additional star performer sales people, through his/her personal network
Business development skills to evolve the pitch, look for new opportunities and try new ideas
Experience selling to brand advertisers (especially retail, auto, gaming, CPG, technology, youth and affluent brands)
Must live in the SF Bay Area

PACKAGE
Compensation is competitive, commensurate with experience and includes basic salary, uncapped commission and stock options.
