Wholesale Service Manager Integra Telecom
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED DescriptionThe Wholesale Service Manager (WSM) serves as the liaison between the customer base and Electric Lightwave (ELI/Integra). The WSM participates as an account team member along with the Wholesale Account Manager and Sales Engineer. The WSM is the primary point of contact for account information and is responsible for completing sales orders and processes and managing them to customer delivery. The WSM proactively manages all aspects of their base account by focusing on installation, Churn, write-down and the order to delivery process. The WSM will provide timely and quality support to their assigned base as outlined below in the functions and responsibilities. The base of customers the WSM will support will be Wholesale accounts which may be regional, national or international Carriers who may utilize services across all Integra markets. The WSM account base requires the WSM to have extensive knowledge of all Wholesale products, services, and price components including off net vendor partner. The WSM position will partner closely with all major departments within the organization to provide follow up and coordination to ensure continued satisfaction between the customer and ELI. The WSM will partner with the account team to establish relationships that cultivate growth and retention of their customer base.
?Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing or a related field, or the equivalent in training and experience.
?Wholesale Account Management experience within the communications industry.
?Working knowledge of local exchange, long distance, data/internet, high bandwidth, sonet, wave and Ethernet products, PBX systems and telecommunications operations.
?Experience which demonstrates the ability to facilitate a meeting with small and large sized groups in a professional manner.
?Experience which demonstrates strong analytical, time management, problem solving, prioritization and planning skills.
?Exceptional verbal and written communication skills which demonstrate techniques in persuasion, selling, negotiation, conflict resolution and customer service.
?Know and understanding of how to work with each customer department, Sales, Engineers, Contract Administration, Provisioning Billing & Out Sources Billing & Provisioning Companies.
?Ability read and execute terms and conditions of Master Service Agreements as it pertains to customer sales contracts (Order acknowledgments, FOC delivery, term liability, Customer Not Ready (CNR).
?Working knowledge of best business practices for large monthly recurring revenue customers.
?Demonstrated knowledge of dispute resolution techniques.
?Computer skills, including spreadsheets, presentation and word processing programs. Possess knowledge of company processes and organizational structure.
?Requires the ability to travel to customer sites as requested.
?Work requires local travel between customer sites. This requires the possession of a valid state drivers license, Insurance and vehicle within 60 days of hire.
?Experience with VoIP and minimum data networking.
?Additional competencies required in multi-tasking, accuracy, customer service, decision making, logical problem solving, organization, communication, sales techniques and interpersonal awareness are necessary.
?Sales experience within the telecommunications industry.
?Experience using Microsoft Office software programs.
?Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures, or government regulations.
?Must be dependable and posses the ability to adapt to a constantly changing and growing industry.
?Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
