The Wireless Client Manager is responsible for the post-implementation relationship with the core Client team on a day-to-day basis. They will also participate in the requirements gathering sessions and assist cross-functional areas to ensure a smooth and effective Implementation. This candidate is an experienced Telecom Expense Management (TEM) expert. They will meet with the client regularly to review account status and performance. They serve as a first point of escalation for issue resolution. He/She is responsible for delivery of Wireless cost savings and initiatives and coordinates through members of the Wireless team to implement Wireless expert solutions. He/She assists with issue research, gathers industry expertise, prepares updates and recommends and implements solutions to enhance the overall client wireless environment.
Reports to: Director, Wireless Services
Works with: Global Managed Services Operations, Professional Services, Engineering, Product Marketing
Required Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 1 year experience in the cellular industry in a Customer Management/Project Management capacity
Past experience in a Customer Service environment or role
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
Strong organizational, process and time management skills
Presentation and Project Management experience
Able to balance multiple projects and prioritize tasks; keeping details and deadlines straight
Displays a quality focused orientation and starts with the client in mind
Uses appropriate assertiveness in resolving business-related issues
Takes accountability for solving problems and retains focus on goals
Initiates, supports and brings about change necessary to improve internal operations
Essential Job Functions
Be an active member in the quality improvement process of new and existing solutions and products
Manage tasks and initiatives related to new Products/Services, completing assigned tasks within deadlines
Use knowledge of the wireless industry to provide recommendations to Clients and improve internal processes
Demonstrate an understanding of the companys direction and strategies
Able to manage own work load, responsible for completing assigned tasks within deadlines
Research issues, identify resolution alternatives, consults with other functional areas as required, implements / recommends resolution
Able to effectively communicate and present to all levels of personnel
Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and problem resolution
Serve as Point of Contact (POC) for client teams and Vendor relationships
Analyze, review and present Cost Savings reports to the client teams
Conduct change management activities with the Vendors
Produce and deliver key performance and tracking documents to Client for savings validation
Timely execution of Projects and Implementations through client Project Plans
Assist cross-functional areas during the Implementation, Design and Parallel phases
Coordinate Wireless Team members to produce timely and accurate client deliverables Administer Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Client satisfaction reviews
Coordinate with IT staff to develop specifications for client-requested web product upgrades
Participate in testing of web product upgrades.
