Be a part of a world class team of developers. Zillow is looking for a Web Developer to build upon and maintain its WordPress based website platform. Namely we need you to have advanced and intimate knowledge with PHP, WordPress, complete knowledge of HTML/CSS and its cross-browser challenges.Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of PHP
Advanced knowledge of the WordPress framework (eg. Plugins, Themes)
Strong in at least one major Javascript Framework
Strong MySQL experience
Experience with ORM
Experience with Eclipse or Visual Studio
Good experience with latest UI patterns and UX designs
Good experience building HTML/CSS across the major browsers
Pluses:
MsSQL experience
Ability to work in a hybrid windows/linux environment
Experiece with the ASP.NET framework
Experience with modern source control (Git, Hg, SVN)
Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience
College degree is preferred
