Workforce Generalist HealthHelp, Inc.

Responsible for Daily Real-Time Optimization of schedules with Queue Consideration. Other tasks as assigned.



Hours: 8a-5p, ability to occasionally be early or stay late as business needs change.



Common Tasks:

Optimizing/Adjusting schedules to meet service level for call volume and queue/fax management.
Scheduling ad-hoc meetings/training.
Entering Deviations from the Workforce Supervisor folder.
Evaluating Time Off Requests.
Basic recurring reporting.
