To fulfill this role, the Workforce Optimization Analyst will be responsible for:
? Collaborating with business partners to ensure that schedules coincide with the forecast, as well as, identifying business opportunities and recommending solutions for optimal service level goals.
? Coordinating with appropriate staff and departments to schedule training, meetings and other events into the workforce management system.
? Analyzing call volume patterns to manage work shifts, lunches, and breaks
? Establishing and maintaining communication regarding events that impact call volumes
? Developing and maintaining business continuation and/or disaster recovery plans as they relate to call routing
? Creating and distributing reports as needed to analyze trends and provide scenarios for management
Qualifications
? Bachelor?s Degree (IE)
? 3-5 years of Call Center experience
? Project Management and/or Process Improvement experience
? Proficient with Microsoft office suite
? Strong MS Excel skills including array formulas, pivot tables and other advanced excel components
? Visual Basic macro writing skills preferred
? Must have good communication and problem solving skills
? Demonstrated analytical capabilities
? Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
? Fast learner, quality consciousness and committed to deadlines
