Role Overview:
The workforce scheduler will create and maintain schedules for health assistants in the health assistant centers. The workforce scheduler is responsible for updating training sessions, meetings, and additional on phone time vs. off phone time for individual health assistants. The scheduler will interact closely with the real time coordinator and other supervisors within the health assistance center to ensure service levels are not adversely affected.
Key Responsibilities:
" Creation of monthly schedules in IEX and publish to health assistants within 6 weeks of start time for schedules
" Accurately and efficiently schedule health assistants' intraday schedules involving all off phone and on phone activities
" Communicate verbally, written, and in person with health assistants and management team when appropriate action needs to be taken
" Support schedule requests within the Health Assistant Center that are 48 hours or more away from today's activities.
" Proactively initiate health assistant scheduling and phone skill changes if needed
" Coordinate outreach calls from clinical health assistants to clients
" Along with Director of Workforce Management, will conduct webstation training to new hire classes.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
" Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred but not required; 2 plus years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
" Minimum 2 year's experience with IEX and CMS
" Basic knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
" Ability to work in an environment with changing priorities
