Workspeed is a leading real estate ASP based in Midtown New York next to Grand Central Station. Workspeed was founded in 1999, currently employs over 35 people and has more than 100 customers using our software solution, including many highly referenceable, national portfolio owners.

We are seeking a salesperson with experience in sales of software, telecom or office technology principally focused on the NYC territory.

The following skills and qualities are required:

- Excellent telephone and computer skills
- Persuasive, creative, well-organized, friendly
- Solid understanding of solution sales process
- Ability to learn new applications and products quickly
- History and documentation on surpassing quotas and goals

Responsibilities:

- Target a defined list of prospects
- Report to sales manager and work with account management teams
- Meet sales targets

Required Experience:

- 3 to 5 years minimum sales experience
- Client service and account management experience
- Familiarity with property management and commercial/residential real estate (a )
