Worldwide Support Associate invivodata

Responsibilities:

- Direct support contact for all US and Canada users and activities including:
o Liaise with site staff and users directly to resolve support related issues outside of first call resolution team activities
o Work on rota based after-hours call system to provide direct support to customers where needed
- Assist in US and Canada 2nd level support to first call resolution help desk team, supporting rest of world activity where required
- Work with US and Canada support specialist where required to coordinate and resolve all support activities
- Report sensitive issues immediately to Worldwide Support Manager for follow-up assistance
- Liaise with the support specialists and support trainers to report wide-scale support issues to the Worldwide Support Manager
- Occasional on-site travel to sites across US and Canada to provide support to site staff and users where directed by the Worldwide Support Manager

Education:
Bachelors degree in Communications, Business or IT related subject with relevant work experience or equivalent

Experience:

- 1-3 year support experience working in a customer services environment, ideally supporting mobile technologies
- Excellent customer service and written & verbal communication skills required
- Ability to work as part of a team and take on tasks to do whatever is needed to get the job done efficiently and effectively to meet client satisfaction
- Good working knowledge of PCs, internet service providers, TCP/IP, network infrastructure, and current wireless technologies.
