Position
The Yield Management Analyst will be responsible for maximizing the ROI of the company's transaction driven marketing campaigns. Specific responsibilities will include performing campaign optimization, inventory allocation, pricing controls, as well as, participation in modeling and forecasting of strategic business initiatives. In this capacity, you will also work closely with the Account Service and Ad Operations teams to share key campaign insights and ensure optimization efforts are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
Conduct analytical efforts designed to maximize the yield of the company's campaigns, while driving scalable results for clients
Help to determine the appropriate media mix for client campaigns based on activations, redemptions, conversions, spend thresholds and ROI factors
Conduct analysis related to creative and offer optimization
Make business decisions based on data analysis and communicate results to senior management
Work with internal teams (Account Directors & Ad Operations) to ensure that optimization decisions are implemented in a timely and accurate manner
Contribute to business modeling and forecasting efforts to support strategic planning
Qualifications
Graduate of a top tier university
BS/BA degree in business (finance or marketing) or mathematics preferred
2-3 years of work experience with proven track record of effective quantitative analysis
Internet media background preferred but not required
Entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to be challenged
Ability to communicate clearly to varying audiences and collaborate actively with others in cross-functional teams
Proven success interpreting analyses into actionable recommendations
Proficiency in MS Excel and other data modeling tools
Proficiency in SQL highly preferred
