The Yield Management Analyst will help identify yield management opportunities within our Advertising team.
Conducting analysis on aggregate data to ensure correlation between expected and actual value
Identifying algorithmic decisions to drive revenue maximization
Maintaining discrepancy reporting for company as well as various other reports for Ad Operations
Working with Account Management to ensure proper reporting access from clients in third party servers
Developing best practices for instrumentation and experimentation, and communicate those to the product teams
Reviewing new Sales orders to ensure delivery and set pricing
Working with Accounting on end of month client billing
Providing guidance to team members and nurture/promote collaborative team environment.
Ideal candidates will possess a strong combination of the following experience:
Bachelor?s degree, quantitative studies preferred (e.g., math, physical sciences, computer science, economics, statistics, etc.) and/or relevant work experience
1+ years experience (within an online advertising environment)
Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets and provide recommendations to ensure optimal network yield
Strong attention to detail and extremely well-organized
Able to deliver against multiple simultaneous tasks with excellence
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work well with teams and independently
Advanced knowledge of Excel, experience with SQL and R are a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun, and entrepreneurial environment
