Job Description:
As process geometries shrink and manufacturing costs increase, identifying the root cause of yield loss becomes even more critical. The Yield Manager/Director will conduct historical and forecast inventory analysis, participate in pricing and revenue modeling, and contribute to streamlining the reporting.
Moreover, the Yield Manager will provide executive level dashboard reporting on key metrics, this analysis will enable the teams to maximize revenue and identify key opportunities.
Additionally, the responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex business and manufacturing problems via analysis, which requires close cross-team collaboration (business operations, management teams, finance and/or internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
? technical expertise:
The Inventory & Yield Manager is expected to understand and provide guidance on the ad server and order management functionality. That includes knowledge of all ad products available on our site, general availability and performance of each unit.
? trending and forecasting:
Program management to analyze current and historical online data, profile reports. Forecast inventory availability (employing statistical analysis as needed). Combing data, running queries, looking at data.
Use quantitative and analytic skills to oversee yield optimization & best practices for Soraas LED manufacturing processes.
Understand upcoming product changes and inventory trends in order to help lift yield and maximize overall revenue.
? reporting:
Develop and maintain dashboard reporting on the topics of volume, ad product composition and sell-through for business partners such as Sales Management, Product, Marketing, Finance and Revenue Delivery.
? rules and regulations:
Understand pricing controls and business rules, working closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Product teams and the other members to Yield Team to determine best practices for rate cards, pricing tiers and booking rules.
Develop and maintain inter departmental processes for inventory controls and approvals.
? communication:
Communicating the key inventory changes and their impact on monetization to the key stakeholders. Making sure that the inventory implications of any proposed modifications on the Product, Pricing or Ad Operations side are quantified and understood. Maintaining close relationship with these teams in order to be up-to-date with all suggested and upcoming changes.

Minimum Requirements
? 6-8 years of yield management experience
? 2 years of people management experience
? Proven quantitative ability and Excel spreadsheet modeling skills.
? Experience working with SQL.
? Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently in a high-paced environment
? Ideal candidate possesses the ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision.
Desired Requirements
? Degree in computer science or IT
? Experience working in a product manufacturing environment.
