Yield Optimization Manager LucidMedia
esponsible for the end-to-end management focusing on performance, profitability and fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have previous online campaign management experience, exceptional analytical, strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. Description:
Become an expert user of LucidMedias proprietary media trading platform, products, and analytics tools.
Provide inputs and guidance around campaign design, including requirements for success and optimal use of LucidMedias platform to achieve client goals.
Execute and oversee day-to-day yield management across all campaigns and supply sources in their portfolio in terms of performance, profitability, and fulfillment. Identify and escalate issues appropriately.
Be involved with identifying best practices and processes for optimizing integrated on-line marketing campaigns.
Closely work with Account Management team to understand client needs and communicate insights and results back to the clients.
Closely work with the Ad Operations team to escalate issues and aid in troubleshooting.
Provide feedback and input for Product Development efforts.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a quantitative field preferred (i.e. Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent) from a top tier university.
Basic understanding of online ad serving, rich media and best practices preferred.
Experience with marketing campaign design, campaign management, and analysis.
Proven ability to think creatively to solve analytical problems.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with cross-function teams.
Technical proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
Knowledge of analytical methodologies used for optimization and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns (i.e., customer segmentation, predictive response models, marketing analysis, trend analysis, forecasting, etc).
Comfort in operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fun environment.
