The Yield Specialist at the Rubicon Project plays an important role in managing publisher revenue while developing the skills necessary to become a relationship leader. The Yield Specialist is responsible for monitoring inventory performance for assigned publishers and ensuring revenue targets are met. The Yield Specialist is the inventory and performance expert for the publishers they manage.Responsibilities:
Manage the inventory and related revenue for publisher accounts.
Analyze performance for publisher accounts and provide on-going metrics and reviews to publisher.
Monitor changes in inventory, analyze the effects and communicate to other company groups
Identify new revenue opportunities for publisher inventory and work closely with the Demand team to achieve them.
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree required. Mathematics, statistics, economics, or finance background a plus.
Self-starter, with demonstrated track-record of executing and delivering in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding computer skills including solid knowledge of spreadsheets and presentation software (i.e., PowerPoint)
Professional demeanor and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to function both independently and as part of a team
Ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly and easily
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving abilities
Able to effectively juggle multiple priorities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Intuitive/creative thinker
Relevant online advertising experience (i.e. publisher or ad network operations) a plus.
