ClearAccess offers service providers around the world customer premise equipment (CPE) management solutions that address the growing need for automatic subscriber activation, remote CPE management, and new incremental revenue streams. The ClearVision Management System is a web-based remote management and applications platform based on the Broadband Forum's TR-069 suite of protocols offering service providers a high degree of visibility and control over a variety of devices in the home and small business. Until now, service providers have had limited visibility of the home or small business network behind the typical gateway or modem.

Now, with ClearVision, the service provider is empowered to offer superior customer care and advanced services with a compelling ROI. ClearVision provides deep operational visibility to the CPE (e.g. DSL modem, cable, Ethernet gateway, IPTV set-top box, etc.) and a variety of tools which enable the service provider to lower customer churn, reduce truck rolls, and lower support costs. ClearVision also includes advanced applications which can be upsold to subscribers for additional high-margin revenue for the service provider.

ClearAccess supports a variety of CPE devices from various vendors through its ClearAccess Compatible Program. ClearAccess' standards-based approach to TR-069 device management enables service providers to reduce support costs, truck rolls and churn while increasing revenues through the delivery of new incremental data services. For example, a subscriber can initially sign up for a basic service package offering high speed Internet access and later upgrade to a premium service package to enjoy Managed WiFi, Managed Firewall, Content Filtering (Parental Controls), Time Blocking, IPTV, and more.
