Knowledge Center Consultant
The Knowledge Consultant is responsible for the development and implementation of best practice standards and on-the-job development to prepare the Practice Partner team to effectively provide timely support of day-to-day practice operations resulting in outstanding customer service and successful revenue cycle management programs.
Create and maintain content and site structure for the Practice Partner knowledge base to be used by internal team members as well as client practice managers.
Help establish documentation standards and templates and maintain standard operating procedures for Practice Partners such as receiving, documenting, tracking, investigating and responding to all Practice Partner Line requests.
Assist in development Practice Partner on-boarding program.
Identify and recommend processes and performance support tools to support continuous development of the Practice Partner team.
Maintain and implement a coaching and development schedule and cross-training program.
Report development program effectiveness, make recommendations for improvement, and develop and review action plans.
Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Strong presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills.
Strong analytical and cognitive ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to use good judgment and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve problems.
Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Position Qualifications (Required)
Bachelor?s Degree, equivalent experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a learning and development environment.
Healthcare experience highly preferred.
