THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As Director of Digital Marketing, you will drive cross platform campaign development, execution, and iteration. This is a highly quantitative and analytical role where you will be expected to analyze and understand performance data above and beyond simple metrics in order to learn and iterate quickly. You will work directly for our President / COO, Arianne Perry.
--Design, execute, test, and iterate digital ads on Facebook, Google display, etc
--Grow site traffic, increase sales conversions
--Analyze eCommerce metrics, develop methods to analyze site activity and develop inferences
--Design and manage retargeting and eMail marketing campaigns
--Opportunity to work on social platforms if experience allows
--Highly Analytical & quantitative
--3-5 years Digital Marketing experience with at least one of the major platforms (Google, Facebook, Amazon)
--Customer Acquisition, Growth, or eCommerce experience
